Shipping Terms and Conditions
We aim to dispatch your order within 1–3 working days of the order being placed. Please note that busy periods (e.g. sales, bank holidays, or public holidays) may affect this timeframe.
Delivery Method

Deliveries are sent using Next Day Delivery services via DPD or Evri. “Next Day Delivery” refers to the courier’s delivery service after dispatch. It does not mean the order will arrive the day after purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

All deliveries may require a signature upon delivery.
If You’re Not Home

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may:

Attempt delivery again, or
-
Redirect your parcel to a local Pickup Shop/Parcel Locker for collection, in line with the courier’s own operating procedures.

Couriers make these decisions according to their service terms; we cannot override or control them.

Once a delivery attempt has been made and the parcel is made available for collection or redelivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect or rearrange delivery with the courier directly.
Holiday Impact

Delivery times may be affected by Bank Holidays and Public Holidays.
Special Instructions

If you require specific delivery instructions, please include them in the notes section when checking out. While we will pass these to the courier, we cannot guarantee that couriers will always follow special instructions.
Tracking and Responsibility

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with tracking details. Customers must track and monitor their parcels.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must raise this directly with the courier, as they hold the delivery data (GPS scans, driver logs, etc.).

Refunds or replacements will only be processed once parcels are returned to us by the courier, unless otherwise required by law.
International Orders

For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These must be covered by the customer.
Returns & Refunds

Unopened/Unused Items: Items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a clear photo of the damage. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Refunds: Refunds will only be issued once the returned items are received and inspected, unless the item was reported as damaged on arrival. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-Collection Returns: If an order is returned to us because it was not collected or delivery was refused, a refund will be issued once the parcel arrives back with us.

Exceptions: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (e.g. cosmetics, skincare, or other perishable/opened goods) cannot be refunded or exchanged once opened or used.
Right to Refuse Service
We value all of our customers and always aim to provide a fair and professional service. However, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or block future orders at our discretion where a customer has:

engaged in abusive, hostile, or unreasonable communication with our staff,
-
repeatedly disputed or ignored our published policies, or
-
otherwise acted in a way that creates disproportionate difficulties in fulfilling the order.
Where this occurs, any payment taken will be refunded in full and no further business relationship will be maintained.
